Royals new 'titles' released

This morning we have heard the confirmation from HRH Queen Elizabeth - the gorgeous Kate Middleton, upon taking her marriage vows will be known publicly as Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cambridge and Princess William.

Prince William will, going forward be addressed as His Royal Highness the Duke of Cambridge in addition to his existing title of Prince William.

The excitement is mounting around the world as the biggest celebration in 30 years is about to commence.
There is no doubt that William and Kate are very well suited and very much in love - they are loved publicly and it is very obvious from the scenes we are witnessing in the national media.

Enjoy the celebrations :-)

Countdown to the Royal Wedding

This morning they have announced the controversy over the 'guest list' - what I love is that the the charities that Princess Diana supported and Prince William following on her footsteps are all invited, along with the local village store owner from Kate's village in Berkshire - amazing.

Personally I cannot wait to see the dress - they are a gorgeous couple.  Just as a Mum, I feel very emotional about the fact that Prince William's cannot be there.  It will be a tough day for them in that respect.

Where will they go for their honeymoon?  I wonder if it is somewhere I have been to already!

Enjoy your weekend and the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton :-)

Here is the Golden Temple in Bangkok - bit different from Buckingham Palace ...

Royal Honeymoon still remains a mystery

We have all been following the international media as we await the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton.

There were whispers about a possible honeymoon in Jordan, so just to let you know what they will have in store, here are some pictures I took during my recent visit.

If William and Kate go to Jordan, they will be in for a treat - it really is one of my favourite places I have visited to date ... Keep watching this space :-)

Happy Travels!

Not on The Royal Wedding Guest List? - Never Fear - Susan Reader To The Rescue

Hello

You cannot have failed to notice that everyone is talking about the Royal Wedding - who is on the guest list, should Kate wear flowers in here hair or a Royal tiara, transportation for the guests by minibus through the streets of London ... the hype is endless.

How great would it be to be a guest at the wedding?

Whilst I was away in SE Asia recently it occurred to me that this would be the ultimate Royal Wedding Honeymoon location ... SE Asia has it all ...
As caring is sharing, I would love to share this video I made of the 'Ultimate Royal Honeymoon' location ... enjoy and don't forget to leave me a comment :-)

Have an amazing week and keep watching for updates on the guests and the wedding of the year.

Beware those Taxi Drivers!

How many times have you been 'ripped off' by a taxi driver?

When I was in Bangkok last week, I had more than 1 driver trying to charge me extortionate rates for a very short distance.

Don't you just hate it when that happens?

Best policy, in my experience is just to walk away and go to the next one - eventually you will find a genuine one!

Just to whet your appetite, we visited Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand.  It was exhausting with little time to relax, but we are stocked right up with loads of great information, hints and tips for you :-)
